Cancellations and Punctuality:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to balance flexibility with the operational needs of our business. Please note that:
All sales are final. A 100% cancellation penalty applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you arrive late or fail to show up on the scheduled date, your booking will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We encourage you to plan your arrival to the departure location carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
The safety of our guests is our top priority. Weather-related decisions are made by our experienced captains and guides, who closely monitor local conditions. In the event of a weather-related cancellation:
You will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
We will notify you of cancellations as soon as possible via call, text, or email.
Important Notes:
Caribbean weather can vary greatly by location. Conditions in San Juan may differ from those near Culebra and surrounding islands. Please do not assume unfavorable weather conditions without confirmation from us.
Rarely, cancellations or itinerary changes may be made at the marina or en route due to unexpected weather. Your safety is always our primary concern.
Failure to arrive based on unconfirmed assumptions about weather will be treated as a no-show and subject to the no-show policy.
